St. Andrews's Square Housing, Glasgow

This scheme of 132 flats and maisonettes was designed to re-create a setting of Georgian character for the Grade A listed St. Andrew's Parish Church (1759) in the centre of the square. The square frontage is finished in natural sandstone. In the manner of local stone-fronted warehouses, the rear elevations are finished in brick and render. A lower ground floor provides secure parking. The original square has been fully pedestrianised.
